Terms of Service, Acceptable Use, Privacy & Service Terms

Cerebellum Intel Group (“CIG”, “we”, “us”) operates CIG HIVE. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can bind it. You must be 18+. Contact: your CIG operator, an administrator, or through the portal.

We run findings reports and present the results. We do not make your decision, approve anything, or warrant any outcome. You independently review every output before any action.

They are not legal, compliance, regulatory, financial, tax, investment, credit, insurance, employment, medical, or other advice; not a legal opinion; not an attorney–client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship; not a consumer report; not a character warranty. Results do not bind CIG, you, or any third party. You alone are responsible for decisions and consequences.

CIG HIVE is experimental. Output may be wrong, incomplete, change, fail, or be withdrawn without notice. There is no service-level agreement: no uptime, accuracy, completeness, or support commitment. Support is best-effort. Credits, if any, are prepaid access units — not SLA service credits and not refundable except where mandatory law requires.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy. Sources can err, omit, or misattribute. Verify independently.

We and our suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, or reputation; or losses from your reliance on outputs or decisions — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for CIG HIVE in the 30 days before the claim, or USD $0 if you paid nothing. Some places restrict these limits; they apply only as allowed. You will defend and indemnify CIG against claims arising from your use, publications, or decisions.

Authorized operators only. You will not: (a) use CIG HIVE to commit or assist crime; (b) stalk, harass, dox, extort, or unlawfully surveil; (c) violate privacy, defamation, IP, export, sanctions, or computer-misuse laws; (d) probe, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass controls; (e) share credentials or resell access without our written OK; (f) submit data you have no right to process; (g) use outputs as the sole basis for legally restricted decisions. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, legal risk, non-payment, or operational reasons.

What you submit and the reports we return are confidential to your account. You grant CIG a limited license to process them solely to operate CIG HIVE. You own your inputs. We own the Service and branding. Do not treat reports as public statements without your own review.

If data-protection law applies, Cerebellum Intel Group is the controller of account and usage data for CIG HIVE. We process account credentials, access flags, session cookies, security logs, queries, reports, and support messages as needed to provide and secure the Service. Legal bases: this Agreement; legitimate interests in securing a restricted portal; and legal obligation where required. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising cookies.

Cookies: essential session cookies only. Retention: while the account is active, plus a limited period of security logs. Processing may occur outside your country as required to provide the Service.

Rights (access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, complaint to a supervisory authority): request via an administrator or the portal. You may stop using CIG HIVE and request deletion. You must have a lawful basis for any third-party subjects you look up.

We may update this Agreement by posting a new version at /legal; continued use is acceptance. We may pause or end the beta at any time. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains. This is the entire agreement for CIG HIVE. English controls. Governing law and venue: the courts and laws of CIG’s principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
